Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has extended the lawsuit against President Joe Biden’s administration, including a temporary restraining order on Covid-19 vaccine mandates. The intrusive nature of governmental mandates on citizens is typical during Biden’s presidency, causing many to question when it ends. It’s been a slow progression of forcing Americans to get the Covid-19 vaccine, pushing the IRS into our bank accounts, and having the FBI investigate parents at school board meetings. It has to end at some point. Authoritarian governments never end well, and power is rarely restored to the people.
Brnovich told Fox News, “Once a vaccine has been administered, it can’t be undone.” That’s a lot of the reason many are questioning if the Covid-19 vaccine is right for them. Given the overall death rate of 1.6% and even lower hospitalization rate, more people question the point of getting the vaccine even if it means giving up their livelihood.
He also said that the Covid-19 vaccine is an infringement of “individual liberty, federalism, and the separation of powers” and is the most extensive infringement of any administration in our country. Honestly, the mandates open the door for larger intrusions that could have a worse effect on Americans’ lives.
Brnovich cited the Equal Protection Clause in the 14th amendment and said that illegal immigrants crossing the southern border have no standard for vaccination, and forcing Americans would be unconstitutional.
The absence of requirements or limits at the southern border results in unequal treatment of residents, according to Brnovich, who claims that the mandates violate the Equal Protection Clause “by purportedly favoring migrants who have entered the country illegally over American citizens.”
None of the Covid-19 vaccines are FDA approved besides Comirnaty, which isn’t available in the United States or being administered. Therefore, no Covid-19 vaccine that’s available for administration is FDA approved. Under 21 U.S. Code 360bbb-3, it says that emergency use authorized medical products are to be optional.
At the end of a video released by Brnovich, he said, “We’re going to continue to fight for you and every hard-working taxpayer in this country.”
Sadly, not everyone in the government is willing to do that. The politicians who are willing to fight are standing up, and the ones who follow are going along with burdensome mandates.
