President Joe Biden has placed himself in a hole that he can’t get out of. After suggesting that former President Donald Trump is a tyrant, Biden shows what a tyrant is capable of in the United States and how many times a tyrant will be stopped with the checks and balances system created in the greatest country the world has ever seen.
The left is lighting Biden on fire, and it’s about time. They held on as long as possible, but they couldn’t hide it anymore. It’s too late for Biden and his mandates and policy changes that would push Americans into socialism against their will. Radical politicians have to be kicked out of politics and replaced with reasonable-minded people who do what’s suitable for everyone. That includes kicking out Supreme Court Justices who don’t understand the constitution.
The idea from the left is that because there was a ruling that favored the conservative view, they need to add in more Supreme Court Justices so that conservative voices have no input at the top levels of the judicial system. The commission responsible for determining if packing the Supreme Court is a good idea determined that “the risks of court expansion are considerable, including that it could undermine the very goal of some of its proponents of restoring the court’s legitimacy.”
That wouldn’t be very good.
It would also be a never ending battle between political parties to push their agendas which would ultimately leave the US citizens out of the fight and at the mercy of the government.
That’s not how we were meant to be governed.
The commission also determined that “if the country and the political system were to be embroiled in repeated fights over court expansion,” that alone could harm the Supreme Court’s public reputation.
The most reasonable determination was that Supreme Court Justices should have term limits. Can we add it in Congress as well?
The right and the left are essentially lost in the Supreme Court’s decisions. The two cases they reviewed and ruled on were for employers to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine and healthcare where the facility receives Medicare or Medicaid benefits. The Supreme Court ruled that Biden’s employer mandate was unconstitutional, and the healthcare mandate can remain. With the left making every move possible to inject an emergency use authorized vaccine into every person in the United States, it was a split decision that would end very badly. The left may not realize it now, but far more healthcare workers aren’t vaccinated than they think.
While it seems that healthcare workers are more apt to take the COVID-19 vaccine when forced, there’s still no need to force anyone to get vaccinated. The COVID-19 vaccine has been ineffective when it comes to infections and transmission. It’s a waste of time and resources.
