President Joe Biden was undoubtedly told by his handlers to avoid the topic of radical Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s indictment of former President Donald Trump. That did not stop the most powerful man in the world, however, from making his feelings known.
Asked by a reporter, “Is the indictment of your predecessor politically divisive…” Biden could not help but react. He grinned and laughed.

This came on Tuesday, as former President Trump was forced to endure the unprecedented attack of an unhinged district attorney. He dutifully flew to New York City and submitted himself to Bragg’s whims before returning home to Florida.
The reporter’s question was heard, there was no doubt about that. And the president could not contain his glee at knowing that his most powerful opponent in the 2024 presidential race is the target of dozens of frivolous felony charges.
And Biden could do nothing but smile and laugh before his handlers ushered the media out of the room.
Of course it is “politically divisive” and of course people are upset. Trump was exactly right Tuesday evening when he returned home from New York City and expressed his thoughts to a crowd of supporters.
Bragg’s actions along with those of Biden are not worthy of the leadership of the world’s most powerful nation. Instead, they harken to many underhanded acts performed in third world countries by dictators who weaponize their power to crush all opposition.
Just the day before in Minnesota, Biden was asked about his feelings concerning possible protests or unrest in New York City over the multiple indictments. He responded with “I have faith in the New York Police Department.”
When a followup question was asked if Biden had faith in the U.S. legal system, his answer was simply “yes.” Of course he does, particularly when a George Soros-funded radical DA is bringing charges in a deep-blue city.
Biden was wholly unconcerned about the 34 felony charges being politically divisive. And that’s because he is one step closer to what he and his associates believe will be the disqualification of his most powerful nemesis as he prepares to seek a second disastrous term.
