GOP Rep Stands Up And Points Out Simple Flaw In Biden’s Vax Mandate

President Joe Biden’s rule over Americans gets worse and worse every day. While he plays a king in the White House and refuses to take questions from petty citizens, he pushes illegal mandates that hurt American workers and families.

Biden was the one who said that ruling by executive order is ruling like a dictator, but he’s the one who’s signed dozens of executive orders. The Supreme Court keeps knocking down his mandates and orders, like when Biden revoked the remain in Mexico policy that the Supreme Court said had to be reversed.

Virginia Foxx (R-NC) said that Biden uses OSHA as a political arm, and the public will lose trust in them as an agency. She’s right because OSHA’s credibility is vital for workplace safety, and vaccines don’t seem to be the OSHA’s purview.

GOP representatives are already standing up to Biden’s ruling. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) said that businesses should openly defy the order. If history repeats itself, then the Supreme Court will renounce the order, and OSHA will once again be a poster on the wall reminding you to wear a helmet, not the oppressive agency that forces foreign substances into human bodies.

Attorney General Alan Wilson said, “If your Administration does not alter its course, the undersigned state Attorneys General will seek every available legal option to hold you accountable and uphold the rule of law.” Wilson is leading 12 Republican Attorney Generals to go after Biden about the OSHA requirement.

Debbie Lesko (R-AZ) wrote a letter to Biden outlining what OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard has to meet:

1. Employees are exposed to grave danger from exposure to substances or agents determined to be toxic or physically harmful or from new hazards; and

2. That such Emergency Standard is necessary to protect employees from such danger

Covid-19 infection doesn’t do either of those things. Lesko used Biden’s own words against him by saying that protecting vaccinated people from unvaccinated people doesn’t meet the “grave danger” aspect that OSHA is required to have. Even if Biden came out of hiding and said that the Covid-19 vaccine was ineffective, Covid-19 alone wouldn’t meet that standard. The 99.8% survival rate doesn’t meet a grave danger.

It leaves Biden 3 for three on the Supreme Court losses. First was the eviction moratorium, then the “remain in Mexico” reinstatement, now OSHA. If only there were a “3 strikes you’re out” rule that should be imposed. Breaking the law as President of the United States shouldn’t be tolerated.
