Harris Campaign Courts GOP Voters With Backing From RINOs

Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign is intensifying its outreach to Republican voters, leaning on endorsements from several prominent RINOs. Former GOP Reps. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois, Liz Cheney of Wyoming, and Jimmy McCain, son of the late Arizona Sen. John McCain, have all backed Harris over President Donald Trump.

These RINOs have been outspoken critics of Trump’s leadership, and their endorsements are part of Harris’s strategy to appeal to moderate Republicans and Independents who may be looking for an alternative to Trump. The Harris campaign has launched a “Republicans for Harris” initiative, which focuses on engaging voters who feel disillusioned with the current direction of the GOP.

“We are excited to see support for Vice President Harris from Republicans who share her values of patriotism, freedom, and dedication to the Constitution,” said campaign spokesperson Ian Sams.

The endorsements come at a time when Trump is solidifying his support from notable former Democrats, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard. Trump campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt dismissed the significance of the RINO endorsements, claiming, “No true conservative will vote for Kamala Harris, who promotes weak-on-crime, high-tax policies.”

Harris’s campaign will continue to reach out to moderate Republicans and Independents in an effort to build a broader coalition, though it remains unclear how much of an impact these RINO endorsements will have on the overall Republican electorate.
