Ilhan Omar’s Office Claims Ads From Pro-Israel Group Are Putting Her ‘Life At Risk’ By Baselessly Quoting From Her Statements

Representative Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) has no problem dishing out hateful comments about America, but when the tables turn, she acts like a coward and says her life is in danger. Ilhan Omar’s life isn’t in trouble for one fact, and she’s in America.

Ilhan Omar is a Muslim who migrated to the United States and was given opportunities she would have never been presented in her home country of Somalia. Muslim countries don’t have a culture that appreciates or accepts women as equal to men, and Omar should be thankful that she lives in a place that respects her position as a human rather than her gender.

When Israel and Hamas were fighting, as if there are times they aren’t fighting, earlier this year, Omar said, “We must have the same level of accountability and justice for all victims of crimes against humanity.” Though Omar tweets about issues, she takes no action. Omar has had to repay thousands of dollars and fines to her state for misuse of campaign funds, and the government has funded her current husband on several occasions. Imagine if Omar had misused campaign funds in Somalia. Could you imagine what would happen to her?

Now, Omar wants to say her life is threatened because of a political ad calling for her to condemn terrorism after comparing the United States to Hamas and the Taliban. If you haven’t noticed, Omar, the Taliban is overtaking Afghanistan, and 3,000 troops are being sent back to Afghanistan.

Why does this threaten her life? Because she is being chastised for failing to condemn terrorism and to get out of this, she would have to charge the same individuals she loves. How is she still in politics? Maybe it’s more voter fraud.

Her spokesman, Jeremy Slevin, said that the ads from AIPOC, America’s Pro-Israel Lobby, were Islamophobic, and others have noted that the ad was unnecessary. Remember when Cathy Griffin held the severed head of Donald Trump? I don’t remember him saying that was unnecessary and incitement, but using Omar’s own words against her is somehow incitement.

Slevin said, “It shouldn’t have to be stated, but baselessly linking Muslim-Americans to terrorism is the textbook example of Islamophobia and is routinely used to silence advocacy for Palestinian human rights.”

That’s incorrect. Omar placed herself in the position she’s in by comparing the Unites States to the Taliban.

Omar said, “We have seen unthinkable atrocities committed by the U.S., Hamas, Israel, Afghanistan, and the Taliban.”

Omar is comparing the United States to groups that behead Christians and homosexuals. Not quite the same, but try again, Omar.
