Immigration Activist Makes Freudian Slip Amid Martha’s Vineyard Controversy

For years on end, the political left has been screaming from the rooftops that illegal immigration is OK and anyone opposed to it is bigoted. Democrats claim no person is illegal and it’s a duty to welcome people in need with open arms.

However, the gap between what Democrats say about illegal immigrants and how they react to illegal immigrants in their own communities is massive.

Right now, the left is furious with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) for sending migrants to leftist sanctuary cities. In fact, when illegal immigrants arrived in Martha’s Vineyard, the people of the island had them removed in less than 48 hours.

However, one immigration activist recently slipped up in his efforts to condemn DeSantis for sending migrants to the left-wing stronghold.

Damage Control From NBC News
Immigration activist Max Lefeld said DeSantis’ decision to have migrants sent to Martha’s Vineyard is another version of someone taking their garbage and throwing it in various places.

This statement was shared with NBC News, but the outlet later deleted its post after realizing the implications of Lefeld’s comment.

Naturally, this statement was widely slammed online, especially since it’s coming from someone who claims to be a defender of immigrants coming to America.

While NBC News remains quiet about the deleted comment, it’s been screenshotted and reshared many times over. DeSantis’ campaign aide, Christina Pushaw, stated this was yet another example of Democrats revealing their true colors.

Some conservatives slammed NBC News for deleting the story, noting the damage was already done from the moment it was published.

Left-wing Hypocrisy Exposed
The more Democrats target DeSantis and Abbott for refusing to let their communities be overrun, the more they tell on themselves.

NBC News’ deleted story comes after Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) showed similar colors regarding her true disposition towards illegal immigrants. The Democratic mayor previously said she was thrilled to take in migrants that Texas couldn’t handle.

When Texas began sending these migrants to Chicago, Lightfoot changed her mind and had them rerouted to a Republican suburb without notifying the mayor. Later, Lightfoot said migrants would have to go elsewhere and Chicago can’t take them all.
