President Donald Trump’s administration has begun deploying active-duty military personnel to the southern border in a sweeping effort to curb illegal immigration. The deployment includes 1,500 troops from various Army and Marine units stationed across the country.
The military personnel, drawn from bases in California, Texas, and New York, have been tasked with supporting border security operations. Their responsibilities include installing barriers, assisting with surveillance, and providing logistical aid to CBP agents working to prevent unlawful crossings. Officials say the number of troops could increase depending on the situation.
The US military is protecting America’s borders and not another country half way across the world’s borders.
Finally America First.
Thank you President Trump!

In a further effort to tighten immigration controls, the administration has deactivated the CBP One app, which previously allowed migrants to schedule entry appointments. Additionally, the El Paso border crossing has been shut down to block a major entry route used by illegal immigrants.

State and local law enforcement officers will soon join the federal effort, with the administration granting them authority to assist in detaining and deporting individuals in violation of immigration laws. Stephen Miller, a senior White House official, emphasized that state or local officials attempting to obstruct these actions will face prosecution. Officers are being deputized to work alongside federal agents in the enforcement crackdown.

As enforcement measures ramp up, the Air Force has initiated removal flights carrying deported individuals out of the country. Recent flights from Texas and Arizona have transported migrants back to their home countries, with more flights scheduled in the coming weeks.

Military planners are continuing to assess the border situation, with further reinforcements under consideration if conditions require an expanded presence.
