Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats don’t kindly follow their orders. Earlier this year, Pelosi wanted visitors, and members of the House of Representatives were arrested for not wearing a mask. After being caught maskless in a hair salon that was forced to shut down during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Pelosi has been seen maskless again.
Pelosi attended a Washington, D.C. event hosted by the California State Society and was pictured standing next to a child wearing a mask, but Pelosi wasn’t. It isn’t unlike Pelosi, but it should be part of an ethics investigation to include President Joe Biden and the many times he’s refused to wear a mask. What’s the problem with this?
Biden just said, “Sooner or later, we are going to see cases of this new variant here in the United States. Please wear your mask when you’re indoors, in public settings around other people.” Why doesn’t he do that himself?
You can already anticipate what Pelosi will say. Something like, “I was set up” or “I was drinking/eating.” Nowhere in the picture or video does it show Pelosi eating or drinking anything. It is a clear-cut case of politicians flexing their power and authority to force others to do what they aren’t willing to do themselves.
The event also laid out guidelines for attendees. The California State Society website said, “All attendees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Per DC Government mandate, masks are required to be worn indoors (regardless of vaccination status) unless actively eating or drinking.”
Per the evidence, Pelosi was not actively eating or drinking anything.
So, where do Americans find solid guidance on what to do? It certainly isn’t from the White House or Congress. Everyone is told what to do, but the politicians telling them to do it aren’t following that advice.
Accountability is lost among our citizens. You see the lowest of criminals with little to no responsibility in the courtroom and the nation’s top leaders refusing to follow their mandates, and it’s going to come to a head at some point. With new elections come new chances to get hypocrites out of all levels of government.
