As the highly anticipated debate between President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris draws near, Vivek Ramaswamy is warning that Democrats may take desperate actions if Trump delivers a strong performance.
Ramaswamy, who appeared on Hannity, expressed confidence that Trump will win the debate but cautioned that it could lead to “strange things” in the weeks before the election.
Ramaswamy pointed to previous instances where Democrats took extreme measures when their candidates stumbled, including Joe Biden being removed from the ticket after a poor debate. While Ramaswamy doesn’t believe Harris will be replaced, he suggested that Democrats will go to great lengths to prevent Trump from gaining momentum.
“They’ve already sued him, prosecuted him, tried to kick him off the ballot, and swapped out his opponent,” Ramaswamy said, referencing the numerous challenges Trump has faced this year. He implied that these actions could be a preview of what may come if Trump dominates the debate.
The upcoming debate is expected to attract millions of viewers, and Ramaswamy believes the left will attempt to downplay Trump’s success or shift attention away from his victory.
Conservatives are preparing for potential upheaval in the days following the debate, as Ramaswamy’s warning suggests that the left may stop at nothing to derail Trump’s path to reelection.
