RFK Jr. Blasts Democrats For ‘Mafia Tactics’ And Strategic Missteps

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has thrown his support behind President Donald Trump after facing relentless attacks from the Democratic Party. Speaking with Tucker Carlson, Kennedy detailed how Democrats reached out to people from his past, attempting to discredit him with “mafia tactics.” Despite their efforts, Kennedy said internal polling indicated his candidacy was pulling more votes from Trump than from Harris, making the Democratic attacks strategically flawed.

Kennedy’s support for Trump is rooted in shared positions on critical issues, including free speech, opposing the Ukraine war, and protecting children’s welfare. He argued that the Democrats have moved away from these values, prioritizing power over principles. This shift, combined with the party’s attacks on him, ultimately pushed him toward backing Trump’s campaign.

Kennedy is now actively engaged in shaping policy with Trump’s team. He has also been asked to help with transition planning if Trump wins the 2024 election. Kennedy believes that his involvement will help steer the administration toward restoring freedoms and resisting government overreach.

In the interview, Kennedy shared examples of how Democrats’ tactics backfired. He recounted how operatives even contacted someone he met decades ago in a bid to gather damaging information. Kennedy described these actions as desperate and ultimately ineffective, leading him to break ties with the Democratic Party.

Despite family objections, Kennedy remains committed to his decision to support Trump. He sees the Democrats’ focus on discrediting him as a critical mistake that could cost them the election. Kennedy’s endorsement of Trump is expected to resonate with voters frustrated by the current state of the political landscape.
