Covid-19 vaccination incentives are now targeting children, and flyers are circulating among high population areas. Pfizer is hosting events that will give free backpacks to children who attend the events. I guess giving million-dollar lotteries to 12 years old’s probably wouldn’t help their public representation very well.
The story gets better, and they are leaving voicemails by “amateur telemarketers,” or at least their employees, who are not great at this job. The voicemails give time, location, and vaccination information. The worst part is that the voicemail tells kids that if they’re 12 and older, they can get vaccinated without parental consent. The school isn’t meant to go around parents to accomplish things.
The school is luring children to a location regardless of parent’s permission to get them vaccinated. It is a huge problem. To attend any school function, everyone under 18 should be obliged to acquire parental consent. It’s as though parents no longer have parental rights over their children. They can’t stop them from having something injected into their body, and if they have a condition that would interact negatively with the vaccine, the parents can’t stop it. So who’s responsible? Let’s dive into that.
According to CNBC, “under the PREP Act, companies like Pfizer and Moderna have total immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines. A little-known government program provides benefits to people who can prove they suffered serious injury from a vaccine.”
So, Pfizer isn’t liable, and the school must be held accountable. The school system is responsible for the safety of its pupils and employees. If they mandate a vaccine or host events to get their students vaccinated, especially without parental consent, they may be liable for any adverse effects.
At this point, the federal government can’t mandate anyone to get vaccinated, and court cases are underway to determine if employers can require the Covid-19 vaccine under emergency use authorization. It’s a big encouragement ploy from the government to businesses and other entities to mandate customers and employees to get vaccinated. The White House has spent tax dollars to bring social media influencers and others to the world stage to encourage vaccination, so hopefully, you enjoyed the show you paid for.
Let’s be honest, though, you didn’t sign up to pay for that. Politicians made that choice for you. Stop electing idiots to run our country and hold the ones in power responsible, and maybe this charade will end.
