Trump Strips Deep State Operatives Of Security Clearances To Defend America

President Donald Trump has revoked the security clearances of former National Security Advisor John Bolton, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and former CIA Director John Brennan, citing their roles in undermining his administration and targeting conservatives. The executive order, signed shortly after Trump’s inauguration, is part of his broader effort to dismantle the influence of Deep State operatives within the intelligence community.

According to the executive order, Bolton’s 2019 memoir contained classified information that posed a threat to national security. Trump’s administration argued that Bolton and other former officials have abused their access to sensitive materials to advance their own political and financial interests at the expense of the American people.

Trump’s supporters have welcomed the decision, viewing it as a necessary step in protecting the nation from those who used their positions to promote false narratives. The move follows widespread concerns that intelligence agencies were weaponized against conservatives, including efforts to discredit Trump’s presidency and policies.

In addition to Bolton, Clapper, and Brennan, the executive order also revokes the clearances of 50 former intelligence officials who falsely claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation in 2020. These individuals include high-ranking figures who served under previous administrations and played key roles in shaping national security policies.

Bolton, in response to the revocation, expressed disappointment and revealed that his Secret Service protection was also terminated. He accused Trump of political retaliation, but the administration maintains that those who misuse their positions should no longer have access to classified information.

Trump’s latest actions are part of his broader strategy to reform national security operations and prevent further leaks and political interference. Additional executive orders signed include initiatives to boost domestic energy production and reduce federal overreach.
