Elliott Hole, a four-year-old undergoing treatment for leukemia, delivered over 400 Christmas gift bags to children in hospitals this holiday season. Together with his mother Harley, Elliott turned their personal struggles into an opportunity to bring joy to others.
Harley, inspired by her son’s resilience, set up an Amazon Wishlist to collect donations. The response was overwhelming, with their community contributing toys, advent calendars, and games to fill the gift bags.

“Being stuck in a hospital room is hard, especially during the holidays,” Harley said. “We wanted to do something to make it better for other kids.”

The family delivered the gifts to three hospitals in Kent: Royal Marsden, Kings College, and Princess Royal University Hospital. “We wheeled in crates of gifts,” Harley said. “The nurses were amazed, and the kids were so excited.”
Elliott was diagnosed with leukemia in early 2022 and is nearing the end of a three-year treatment plan. Despite the challenges, his mother describes him as “strong-willed and kind.”
The initiative has been heartwarming for the family, and Harley hopes to continue this tradition in the years to come, spreading joy to children facing similar battles.
