Univision anchor Jorge Ramos, presumably the most out-of-touch “journalist” in history, recently argued that President Joe Biden should take in over 3 million illegal immigrants a year and just ignore the immigration crisis at the southern border.

The U.S. is currently taking in illegal immigrants close to the figure provided by Ramos because of the Biden administration’s lax border policies.
As such, America has been sentenced into an ever-increasing immigration crisis since Biden took his oath of office on Jan. 20, 2021. Cities across the country, including Chicago and New York City, have been hit hard by this issue, with Democrats calling out the president.
With illegal immigration comes crime, job losses and death. Since 2021, drugs have been imported into America at unprecedented levels. Specifically, fentanyl has accounted for the deaths of over 100,000 Americans. Despite such a tragedy, Ramos thinks Biden should allow for more illegal immigration.
In his latest column, titled “Biden’s Wall,” Ramos falsely argued that a southern border wall is an ineffective way of preventing illegal immigration and, as such, Biden should just allow the problem to continue, as reported by Newsbusters. Ramos’ argument that walls are ineffective is wrong on the surface.
Ramos argued that illegal immigration is an issue that cannot “be controlled.” The far-left anchor said that meeting with Mexico’s president about the southern border crisis is “useless.”
“And all of this, in practical terms, means that the United States has to significantly increase the number of legal migrants it accepts each year. Approximately one million every year is not enough,” Ramos wrote.
“A much more realistic number – based on the numbers of undocumented immigrants detained at the border – would be two to three million legal immigrants per year,” he added.
In Ramos’ view, since illegal immigration is a difficult issue to resolve, Biden should just roll over and sleep as the southern border faces rampant illegal immigration, with Border Patrol agents being mercilessly murdered by notorious cartels.
Under former President Donald Trump, illegal immigration was at an all-time low. Why? Well, the ex-president understood that building a wall and enhancing border patrol presence at the southern and northern border was needed to prohibit millions of illegal immigrants from pouring into America.
