Republican lawmakers are leveling allegations against the FBI, claiming that they have intentionally withheld a significant document containing “highly substantial and intricate accusations” pertaining to Joe Biden.
Chairman James Comer (R-KY), leading the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, has taken action by issuing a Congressional subpoena on Wednesday. The subpoena is aimed at compelling the FBI to present an unclassified document that reportedly unveils a criminal bribery scheme involving the former Vice President and a foreign national.
Following legally protected disclosures made by a whistleblower to Sen. Chuck Grassley’s (R-IA) office, Chairman Comer took the step of issuing a subpoena. The subpoena was prompted by the whistleblower’s claim that the document in question is an FBI-generated FD-1023 form, providing a comprehensive account of a specific arrangement that involves the exchange of money in return for policy decisions. In the subpoena addressed to FBI Director Christopher Wray, Chairman Comer requests all FD-1023 forms containing the term “Biden,” along with their accompanying attachments and documents.
The House Oversight Committee, comprised of Republican members, has been investigating the alleged dubious business endeavors of the Biden family. Their objective is to ascertain whether any family members, including Joe Biden, have been influenced or compromised by foreign individuals or entities, potentially posing a national security risk.
As part of their investigation, the Oversight Committee has acquired an extensive collection of financial records associated with the Biden family’s business transactions. Recently, they uncovered a significant revelation.
In a press release, Chairman Comer stated that they have discovered “a deal that resulted in several members of the Biden family and their companies receiving over $1 million in more than 15 incremental payments from a Chinese company through a third party.”

He continued, “The information provided by a whistleblower raises concerns that then-Vice President Biden allegedly engaged in a bribery scheme with a foreign national. The American people need to know if President Biden sold out the United States of America to make money for himself. Senator Grassley and I will seek the truth to ensure accountability for the American people.”
Grassley added, “We believe the FBI possesses an unclassified internal document that includes very serious and detailed allegations implicating the current President of the United States. What we don’t know is what, if anything, the FBI has done to verify these claims or investigate further. The FBI’s recent history of botching politically charged investigations demands close congressional oversight.”
During the initial hearing of the House Judiciary Committee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, Grassley provided a detailed account of how political partiality had impacted crucial investigative judgments made by the FBI. This includes investigations that were linked to the foreign business deals and bank transactions of the Biden family.
