Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a scathing state-of-the-nation address, hitting the West for its woke ideologies, such as made-up gender identity tags and transgender insanity.
Putin even warned that Western nations are heading for a “spiritual catastrophe,” also referencing news that the Church of England is considering a “gender-neutral” God.
“The Anglican Church,” Putin said, “is considering a gender-neutral God. May God forgive them for they know not what they do.”
“Millions of people in the West understand they are being led to a real spiritual catastrophe,” the Russian leader said.
“Look at what they do with their own peoples: the destruction of the family, cultural and national identity, perversion, and the abuse of children are declared the norm. And priests are forced to bless same-sex marriages.”

PJ Media’s Robert Spencer admitted to agreeing with Putin on a number of points while noting that they are not valid reasons for an invasion of Ukraine.
Spencer also agrees with Putin’s opinion on the Anglican Church’s consideration to change the foundations of its teachings based on a woke ideology.
Putin’s address was very similar to March 2022 statements from Russian Orthodox Patriarch Kirill of Moscow, in which the official slammed pride parades.
“We have entered into a struggle that has not a physical, but a metaphysical significance. … Pride parades are designed to demonstrate that sin is one variation of human behavior,” Kirill said.
“That’s why in order to join the club of those countries, you have to have a gay pride parade. If humanity accepts that sin is not a violation of God’s law, if humanity accepts that sin is a variation of human behavior, the human civilization will end there.”
