Victim Of Trans Activist And Attempted Murderer Speaks Out

Darren Sheridan was a mere 19 years old when he endured the harrowing ordeal of being kidnapped, tortured and abandoned by an individual named Alan Baker. Notably, Baker now identifies as Sarah Jane Baker, a radical trans activist.

Baker gained significant attention following a recent speech at a Pride event in which she advocated for violence against biological women. The headlines surrounding Baker’s remarks prompted Darren Sheridan, now 52 years old, to come forward and share his account of the trauma inflicted upon him by Baker and two other individuals, one of whom happened to be Baker’s brother.

In the speech, Baker said, “I was gonna come here and be really fluffy and be really nice and say yeah be really lovely and queer and gay. Nah, if you see a TERF, punch them in the f—ing face.”

The term TERF, which stands for Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminist, is frequently used by members of the transgender community to describe women who do not readily embrace or support the inclusion of biological males in women’s spaces.

In response to the attention garnered by the headlines, Sheridan expressed his perspective, stating, “I think it is extreme to have those kinds of views. I know she has anger issues, but there’s still no right to say ‘punch somebody in the face.’”

He continued, “I think if people disagree with other people about issues, it’s much better to have a debate about it than threaten people. By telling the crowd to punch a TERF, she clearly still has anger issues and is a dangerous, violent person.”

During an interview with The Daily Mail, Sheridan recounted the ordeal he endured at the hands of Baker, emphasizing that even after the case went to court and Baker confessed to the crime, her only remorse was for not successfully breaking Sheridan.

Sheridan said, “I was forcibly taken at knifepoint to a van and bundled into the back. I couldn’t see what was going on as I was face down, and there were no windows. I was beaten in the van. I think there were two of them doing it. I had no idea where I was going. They took me to a flat and led me inside, where I was beaten and tortured for 12 hours. They were punching me and burning me with cigarettes. They were stubbing them out on my neck, and I still have the scars from that to this day.”

Sheridan shared that he was forced to perform illicit acts while threatened at knifepoint while his captors talked about killing him.

Following years of therapy, Sheridan has managed to move past much of the traumatic experience. However, he became aware that Baker had undergone a gender transition while serving time in prison.
